I am Babasaheb Ghunke, I have started Shree Datta Bhel in 2011 from Ichalkaranji Janata Bank Chowk. At that time, the economic situation was dire. In the early days, there were a lot of difficulties working on the Bhel. But overcoming them, we continued our work honestly and uninterruptedly, understanding our motto as customer satisfaction.

I succeed on the strengths of quality, quantity, cleanliness, loving relationships with customers, and their satisfaction. Seeing the trust and growth response of the customers, I made up my mind. It will definitely benefit you in the future if you provide hygienic and family seating to the customers as well as create a happy atmosphere.

I introduced this concept to me by my mother Mrs. Bharti Ghunke and my wife Mrs. Shital Ghunake. They also endorsed my concept. Then I immediately decided to start Bhel Shoppe. From this, Shree Datta Bhel started a shop at Shahu Corner Ichalkaranji. In the new shop, along with Bhel, American Shevpuri, Mumbai Shevpuri, Katori Chaat, Papadi Chaat, and 28 new dishes were made available for the customers.

The response from the customers was overwhelming and from there the idea of a franchise started striking me. I started our franchises in different parts of other cities with the confidence that the experiment I had done in Ichalkaranji would surely be successful in other cities as well and my prediction came exactly true. Due to the enthusiastic response from various cities, Shree Datta Bhel became a brand in big cities of Karnataka including Kolhapur, Pune, Sangli, Islampur. Today we have started offering franchises in various cities. The trend of young entrepreneurs is high.
